1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MediSap mobile application ("App") provided by Nirakar Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
2. Non-Medical Advice Disclaimer
MediSap provides features to photograph prescription labels, record consultation audio, and track personal notes. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or pharmaceutical verification. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all captured dosages and consulting licensed medical doctors regarding your health.
3. Audio Recording & Consent Laws
When utilizing MediSap's voice memo recording feature during consultations, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal wiretapping and eavesdropping regulations. You are solely responsible for obtaining express consent from any healthcare practitioner or third party prior to recording audio.
4. Local Storage & Data Responsibility
MediSap stores data exclusively on your device. Nirakar Labs does NOT maintain cloud backups of your photos, notes, or audio memos. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device. Nirakar Labs is not liable for data loss caused by device damage, uninstallation, hardware failure, or operating system resets.
5. Intellectual Property
All application code, UI designs, brand marks, logos, and website assets are the intellectual property of Nirakar Labs.
